إسهام تطبيق الأنظمة الإلكترونية للتسيير المعلوماتي في تحسين جودة الخدمات بالجامعات الجزائرية : دراسة حالة بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة الشلف

Résumé: هدفنا من خلال إجراء هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق أنظمة التسيير المعلوماتي بالجامعات الجزائرية ، ومدى إسهامها في تطوير الخدمات بالمؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية وزيادة جودتها ، من خلال تحقيق إسترجاع ناجع وفعال للمعلومات التي تخدم الوسط الأكاديمي ، وسنحاول معالجة إشكالية هذه البحث من خلال دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الشلف ، حيث قمنا بتوزيع إستمارة على عينة من الطلبة كعينة عشوائية وذلك لرصد أرائهم حول الموضوع وعددهم 100 طالب ، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلة مع الموظفين بالمكتبة. توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج والمخرجات التي على ضوئها يمكن بناء تصور واستقراء مستقبلي ،وعليه فإن تطبيق أنظمة المعلومات الإلكترونية بالجامعة الجزائرية من خلال مكتباتها يساهم بشكل فعال وإيجابي في تسهيل البحث والإسترجاع وبالتالي زيادة جودة الخدمات وتسريع وتيرة العمل ، وهو ما يساهم في تطوير الجامعة والمكتبة على حد سواء. The study at hands aims at examining the reality of applying information management systems in Algerian universities, and the extent of their contribution to the development of services in Algerian university institutions and the development of their quality. Such aim can be reached by achieving effective retrieval of information that renders a service to the academic community. The problem of the research is approached through a field study at the University Chlef , this involves using a questionnaire oriented to a sample of a hundred students as a random sample for the sake of exploring their opinions on the subject. Besides, the library staff will be interviewed to give insights in this regard. The collection of data enabled us to draw a conclusion based on which predictions can be made. Therefore, it could be said that applying electronic information systems in Algerian university libraries can , positively and effectively, contribute to the facilitation and the recovery processes. Consequently, this will lead to the amelioration of services quality and the acceleration of operation pace. Eventually, this will assist in in developing universities and libraries as well.
