دور أنظمة المعلومات في تحسين جودة الخدمات بالجامعات الجزائرية - المكتبة الجامعية لجامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف أنموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إستخدام أنظمة المعلومات بالجامعات الجزائرية ، ودورها في زيادة جودة الأداء في هذه المؤسسات ، بتطبيق تلك الأنظمة في البحث عن المعلومات وإسترجاعها ، والحصول على خدمات نوعية ، وسنحاول معالجة إشكالية هذه الدراسة من خلال دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الشلف ، حيث قمنا بتوزيع إستمارة على عينة من الطلبة كعينة عشوائية وذلك لرصد أرائهم حول الموضوع وعددهم 100 طالب ، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلة مع الموظفين بالمكتبة . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق أنظمة المعلومات الإلكترونية بالجامعة الجزائرية من خلال مكتباتها يساهم بشكل فعال وإيجابي في تسهيل البحث والإسترجاع وبالتالي زيادة جودة الخدمات وتسريع وتيرة العمل ، وهو ما يساهم في تطوير الجامعة والمكتبة . This study aims to identify the reality of using information systems in Algerian universities, and their role in increasing the quality of performance in these institutions, by applying these systems in searching for and retrieving information, and obtaining quality services, and we will try to address the problem of this study through a field study at Chlef University. By distributing a questionnaire to a sample of students as a random sample, in order to monitor their views on the topic, which numbered 100 students, in addition to conducting an interview with the library staff. The study found that the application of electronic information systems at the Algerian University through its libraries contributes effectively and positively to facilitating search and retrieval, thus increasing the quality of services and accelerating the pace of work, which contributes to the development of the university and the library.
