Résumé: : تحاول الدراسة الحالية كشف العلاقة بين القيادة الإدارية للنادي الرياضي من جهة و تماسكه من جهة أخرى من خلال العمل الذي تلعبه القيادة الإدارية بما توفره لأفراد النادي؛ إداريين و طاقم فني و لاعبين من ظروف عمل ملائمة مادية كانت أو معنوية و كذا المتابعة اليومية لكل ما يحيط بالنادي خلال أطوار الموسم الرياضي كل ذلك من أجل تعزيز عوامل النجاح بغرض تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة لأفراد النادي الرياضي. Abstract The current study attempts to uncover the relationship between the administrative leadership of the sports club on the one hand and its cohesion on the other hand through the work played by the administrative leader and his quest to provide suitable working conditions ,whether material and moral for all members of the club administrators ,technical staff and players, The club is surrounded during the seasons of the season to enhance the factors of success and achieve the common goals of the members of the sports club .
