تحديات ادماج المصارف الإسلامية في النظام المصرفي الجزائري Challenges Of Integrating Islamic Banks Into The Algerian Banking System

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية لعرض الإطار القانوني المنظم لعمل المصارف الإسلامية في الجزائر، وإبراز أهم المعوقات القانونية التي تحول دون نجاح إدماج الصيرفة الإسلامية ضمن النظام المصرفي الجزائري. من أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة أنّ الأسس القانونية لإدماج المصارف الإسلامية في الجزائر بحاجة إلى تطوير وتحسين حتى تشمل كافة جوانب الصيرفة الإسلامية، إضافة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالإطار القانوني للمؤسسات الداعمة والمكملة للمصارف الإسلامية. This research paper present the legal framework regulating the Islamic banks in Algeria, and highlight the most important legal obstacles that prevent the successful integration of Islamic banking into the Algerian banking system. One of the most important results of this study is that the legal bases for the integration of Islamic banks in Algeria need to be developed and improved to include all aspects of Islamic banking, in addition need to pay attention to the legal framework of the supporting and complementary institutions for Islamic banks.
