المضاربة غير المشروعة في المواد الصيدلانية Illegal Spéculation In Pharmaceuticals

Résumé: الملخص مما لا شك فيه أن المواد الصيدلانية ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالحماية الصحية للإنسان، حيث لعبة دورا مهما في حماية الأمن الصحي العامي خاصة في جائحة كرونا. ونظرا لأهمية للمواد الصيدلانية في حياة الإنسان، سعى المشرع الجزائري على غرار بقية التشريعات المقارنة إلى حماية المواد الصيدلانية حماية جزائية من المضاربة غير المشروعة، هذا ما تضمنه القانون رقم 21-15 المؤرخ في 28 ديسمبر سنة 2021 المتعلق بمكافحة المضاربة غير المشروعة، وفي الجرائم إنتاج أو بيع المواد الصيدلانية وفقا لقانون رقم 18-11 المؤرخ في 18 شوال عام 1439 الموافق 2 يوليو سنة 2018 المتعلق بالصحة. Abstract: There is no doubt that pharmaceuticals are closely related to human health protection, as they played an important role in protecting public health security, especially during the Corona pandemic. Given the importance of pharmaceutical substances in human life, the Algerian legislator, like the rest of the comparative legislation, sought to protect pharmaceutical substances as a penal protection from illegal speculation.
