الآثار الاقتصادية للمضاربة غير المشروعة وآليات مكافحتها في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2020-2024

Résumé: تعالج هده الورقة البحثية أهم الآثار الاقتصادية للمضاربة غير المشروعة في الجزائر وآليات مكافحتها، التي بدأت مع تفشي فيروس "كورونا" ومست المواد الصيدلانية، وامتدت لبقية السلع الأخرى حيث أثرت على استهلاك وادخار الأفراد، وامتدت آثارها لتشمل الاستثمار، كما من شأنها أن تضعف القدرة الشرائية للأفراد عن طريق احتكار السلع والرفع من أسعارها بدون مبرر، وهو الذي يؤدي مباشرة إلى خلق حالة من الفوضى والتهافت على السلع بشكل كبير وتخزينها، وحرمان البقية من تلك المواد مما يهدد استقرار الاقتصاد الجزائري. وهدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم مجموعة من الآليات لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة. كما تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه تم الحد من انتشار المضاربة غير المشروعة، ورغم الإجراءات المتبعة لمكافحة الظاهرة لا تزال هناك ثغرات يستوجب الإحاطة بها، وعدم امتدادها للسلع والخدمات الأخرى. This research paper addresses the most important economic effects of illegal speculation in Algeria and the mechanisms to combat it. It started with the appearance of the “Corona” virus, affecting pharmaceutical equipment, and spread to the rest of the basic products, as it affected the consumption and savings of consumers, and its effects extended to investment, and this would also weaken their purchasing power by monopolizing goods and increasing their prices without justification, which directly leads to a situation of chaos and massive rush on goods and their storage, thus depriving the Algeria remains of these materials, which threatens the stability of the Algerian economy. . This study also aimed to present a set of mechanisms to combat this phenomenon. Descriptive approach and analytical approach were followed and the study concluded that the spread of illegal speculation was reduced
