الآراء الأصولية للإمام أبي الفرج الليثي المالكي

Résumé: ملخص البحث: لما كان القاضي أبو الفرج الليثي المالكي أحد علمائه المبرّزين, وأعيانه المقدّمين, وقد اعتنى كثير من أئمة المذهب كالباجي والقرافي وابن جزي وغيرهم, بذكر أرائه الأصولية في بعض مسائل الأصول على جهة التنويه بها, ولما كانت هذه الآراء متفرقة في كتب هؤلاء الأئمة فقد عمدت في هذا البحث إلى جمعها, تنبيها على مكانة هذا الإمام ومنزلته, ومكانة آرائه في المذهب المالكي خصوصا, وفي كافة مذاهب الفقه الإسلامي عموما. Abstract: When Al-Qadi Abu Al-Faraj Al-Laithi Al-Maliki was one of his distinguished scholars, and his distinguished notables, and many of the imams of the madhhab, such as Al-Baji, Al-Qarafi, Ibn Juzy and others, took care of mentioning his fundamentalist views on some issues of the origins in terms of reference to them, and since these opinions were scattered in the books of these imams, I deliberated in This research is to be collected, as a warning on the position and status of this imam, and the position of his views in the Maliki school of thought in particular, and in all schools of Islamic jurisprudence in general
