دور المواطن في صنع السياسات العامة الأمنية: المصالحة الوطنية في الجزائر نموذجا
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد مكانة المواطن في صنع السياسات العامة الأمنية من خلال تحليل ودراسة التجربة الجزائرية في إرساء سياسة المصالحة الوطنية. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الحفاظ على مكاسب المصالحة الوطنية يتطلب إيجاد آليات تشاركية تساهم في تعزيز دور المواطن في صنع السياسات العامة الأمنية. This research paper aims to determine the importance of citizen in security public policy by study and analyze the Algerian experience in the establishing the national reconciliation policy. This study result that to maintain the gaings of the national reconciliation need participatory tools contribute and strenghing the role of citizen in security public policy making.
