Résumé: الهدف من الدراسة معرفة تأثير عجز الموازنة العامة على سياسة التحويلات الاجتماعية في الجزائر خلال الفترة ( 2009 – 2018 ) والتي شهدت تقلبات أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم عجز الموارنة والظروف المالية الصعبة التي يعيشها الاقتصاد الوطني بسبب تراجع المداخيل البترولية لا تزال الحكومة الجزائرية تنتهج سياسة الدعم الاجتماعي، وهذا حفاظا على الطبقات الفقيرة ومحدودي الدخل This researchpaperaims to study the effect of the public budget deficit on the policy of social transfers in Algeriaduring the period (2009 - 2018) whichwitnessed fluctuations in oilprices in global markets, using the escriptiveanalyticalapproach. The studyconcludedthatdespite the difficultfinancial conditions experienced by the national economy due to the decline in oil revenues, the Algerian governmentstillpursues a policy of social support, and thisis to preserve the poor and low-income classes
