جودة الحياة الوظيفية من منظور التوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية - تحليل تجارب مؤسسات جامعية-

Résumé: ملخص: جودة الحياة الوظيفية هو موضوع الساعة، حيث أصبح الموظفون يعطون الأولوية للتوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية وللصحة العقلية والرفاهية والنمو. من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تطرقنا الى جودة الحياة الوظيفية من خلال منظور التوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية وهذا بعرض مختلف التعريفات والأبعاد التي جاء بها الباحثين، مع تبيان تجارب عدة مؤسسات جامعية بخصوص التوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية والإختلاف بينها من حيث تطبيقها، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال وصف الظاهرة مع تحليل تجارب المؤسسات الجامعية، من نتائج الدراسة أن (WLB)هي القدرة على مدى التوفيق والتكامل بين متطلبات العمل والحياة الشخصية ومحاولة اعطائها نفس الأهمية، وجود تباين بين الجامعات في تطبيقها لـ (WLB). الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة الحياة الوظيفية، التوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية، تجارب جامعية. تصنيف JEL: D23، J28 ، H75، I12 Abstract: Quality of work life is a topical topic, as employees are prioritizing work-life balance, mental health, well-being and growth. Through this research paper, we addressed the (QWL) through the perspective of balance between work and personal life. This presented the various definitions and dimensions that the researchers came up with, while showing the experiences of several university institutions regarding the balance between work and personal life and the differences between them in terms of their application. The descriptive approach was used. By describing the phenomenon and analyzing the experiences of university institutions, one of the results of the study is that (WLB) is the ability to reconcile and integrate the requirements of work and personal life and an attempt to give it the same importance.
