Résumé: Summery This research discusses the topic of determining the fetus sex, which is organized into two principal sections the first concerning to determine and define the fetus sex. That includes three subsections, we firstly neutered the reality of the fetus sex determining. Its definition tokes each its vocabulary into consideration and au additional eanposent. Secondly the causes of to determination which are concluded in medical causes and others as non medical. But the third concurs the ways of its determining before and after the perused of pregnancy . the second principal section mentions the share ruling of determining the fetus by the contemporary scholars of Islam as to follow the favorite judgment of the fetus determining acceptance in religions measures.
