حق الطفل المريض في الاعلام والتبصير

Résumé: إن حق الطفل المريض في تلقي المعلومات حول المرض وسبل العلاج من الحقوق الأساسية المخولة إليه باعتبار أن المعلومات التي تقدم إليه هي تلك المتعلقة بمختلف الفحوصات والعلاجات، وأعمال الوقاية المقترحة والنتائج المترتبة عليها. كما يجب على الطبيب أن يعلم مريضه بلغة حوار سهلة ومفهومة وصادقة وملائمة عن كل المعلومات الضرورية المتعلقة بحالته الصحية وطبيعة مرضه، وعن وسائل العلاج الخاصة بمرضه حتى يتسنى لهذا الأخير المشاركة في القرار الطبي. Abstract: The right of the sick child to receive information on the disease and the methods of treatment is one of the fundamental rights granted to him, since the information to be provided to him is that relating to the various tests and treatments and the preventive work proposed and its consequences. The doctor should inform the patient in a language that is easy, understandable, honest and appropriate for all necessary information concerning his health, the nature of his illness and the means of treatment for his illness so that the latter can participate in the medical decision.
