الثقافة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالولاء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية و الولاء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين، بالمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بالوادي، وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤل العام الذي تم صياغته كالآتي: - هل توجد علاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والولاء التنظيمي من وجه العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية لنقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بالوادي؟ لقد تم في هذه الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أما فيما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية، إذ ضم في شكله النهائي (38 بندا) حيث طبق على عينة الدراسة قدرت بـ 58 عاملا بالمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بالوادي. وقد أسفرت هذه الدراسة على نتائج هامة نذكر منها: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الثقافة التنظيمية والولاء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بالوادي. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيم التنظيمية والولاء التنظيمي من وجه نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بالوادي. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المعتقدات التنظيمية والولاء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بالوادي. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوقعات التنظيمية والولاء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري وشبه الحضري بالوادي. Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية The present study aims to identify the relationship between the organizational culture and the organizational loyalty of employees of the public institution for urban and semi-urban transport in the d'ElOued, based on the general question that was formulated as follows:  Is there a relationship between the organizational culture and the organizational loyalty of the employees of the public institution for urban and semi-urban transport in the d'ElOued? In this study, the analytical descriptive method was used. Data collection tools were based on the questionnaire as an essential tool. In the final form (37 items), the sample was estimated at 58 workers in the public institution for urban and semi-urban transport in the d'ElOued. This study has yielded important results, including: - There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational loyalty from the point of view of employees of the public institution for urban and semi-urban transport in the d'ElOued. - There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational values and organizational loyalty from the perspective of employees of the public institution for urban and semi-urban transport in the d'ElOued. - There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational beliefs and organizational loyalty from the point of view of employees of the public institution for urban and semi-urban transport in the d'ElOued. - There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational expectations and organizational loyalty from the point of view of employees of the public institution for urban and semi-urban transport in the d'ElOued.
