Résumé: The study in our hands deals with the topic of "conflict of roles and its relationship to psychological pressure among married working women in Tenerkuk region", which aims to find out whether the roles that fall on to a married woman cause her psychological pressure or there are other factors. It was based on the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate approach that serves this study, and the study sample consisted of (74) married working women in each of the health, educational, administrative, crafts and handicrafts sectors) and appropriate statistical methods were used. The results of the study found that there is no relationship between the conflict of roles and the psychological pressure that married working women are exposed to in Tinerkuk
