آليات تفعيل أدوار الفواعل المجتمعية في ترسيخ قيم الثقافة البيئية Mechanisms For Activating The Roles Of Community Actors In Establishing The Values Of Environmental Culture

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه الفواعل المجتمعية في ترسيخ قيم الثقافة البيئية لدى فئات المجتمع، بداية من الأسرة التي تعتبر النواة الأساسية في زرع وصقل أي سلوك ثقافي لدى الفردـ، بالإضافة إلى الخوض في الأدوار المختلفة التي تلعبها المؤسسات الاجتماعية الأخرى ( المدرسة، تنظيمات المجتمع المدني، المؤسسات الدينية، وسائل الإعلام ...) في تكوين الأطر الثقافية والخلفيات الفكرية للتعاملات المجتمعية مع البيئة. وعليه تهدف الدراسة من جهة أخرى إلى توجيه الاهتمام بتفعيل دور الفواعل المجتمعية في التنشئة البيئية وترسيخ ثقافة الوعي بقضايا البيئة ومتطلبات المحافظة عليها، من خلال إدراج البعد البيئي في برامجها وأنشطتها المختلفة لما تملكه من تأثير على سلوكيات الأفراد في المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفواعل المجتمعية، التنشئة الاجتماعية، القيم البيئية، البيئة، ترسيخ القيم البيئية، الثقافة البيئية. this paper aimed at shed light on the role played by community actors in establishing the values of environmental culture among the society groups, starting from the family, which is the core of planting and refining any cultural behavior in the individual, as well as going into the different roles played by other social institutions , Civil society organizations, religious institutions, the media ...)in the formation of cultural frameworks and intellectual backgrounds for social relations with the environment. Therefore, the study aims to focus attention on activating the role of these factors in the formation of the environment and the establishment of a culture awareness of the environmental issues and the requirements of preserving them, by including the environmental dimension in its programs and activities because of its impact on the behavior of individuals in society.
