الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي دراسة ميدانية بمجموعة من المدارس الابتدائية بولاية الشلف
Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية معرفة الفروق في الرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، استخدم الباحث كل من المنهج الوصفي واستبيان الرضا الوظيفي لـ (البلادي، 2011)، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (41) أستاذ وأستاذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية بولاية الشلف، بعد التحليل الإحصائي لبيانات الدراسة أسفرت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس، متغير الخبرة وكذا متغير المستوى التعليمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. The present study aimed to find out the differences in job satisfaction among a sample of primary education professors. Statistical analysis of the study data revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction attributable to the sex variable, the variable of experience as well as the educational level variable among primary teachers.
