علاقة الضغوط المهنية بالرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي - دراسة ميدانية لبعض المدارس الابتدائية بأولاد دراج -

Résumé: الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو معرفةما اذا كان هناكعلاقة ضغوط العمل على الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي. وقد تمت الدراسة في عدد من المدارس الابتدائية على مستوى اولاد دراج كمجتمع للدراسة؛حيث اعتمدنا على دراسة كمية، واستخدامنا أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والمعلومات؛ وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 50 معلما ومعلمة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS والمقابلة والملاحظة بمدرسة برابح المسعود حيث تم اعداد تقرير التربص فيها. وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها أنه لا يوجد علاقة لضغوط العمل المادية على الرضا الوظيفي هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى أظهرت النتائج أيضا أنه توجد علاقة لضغوط العمل الفردية على الرضا الوظيفي؛ كماوجدناأن هناك علاقة لضغوط العمل الجماعية على الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين بالمدارس الابتدائية محل الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ضغوط العمل، الرضا الوظيفي، ضغوط العمل الفردية، ضغوظ العمل الجماعية Abstract: The main objective of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between work stress and the job satisfaction of primary education teachers. The study was conducted in a number of primary schools at the Ouled Derradj level as a study population. We relied on a quantitative study and used a questionnaire tool to collect data and information. The study was applied to a random sample of 50 male and female teachers, and the data was analyzed using the statistical package program SPSS, and interviews and observation were conducted at the Berabah Al Masoud School, where the training report was prepared. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is that there is no relationship between physical work pressures and job satisfaction on the one hand. On the other hand, the results also showed that there is a relationship between individual work pressures and job satisfaction. We also found that there is a relationship between group work pressures and the job satisfaction of teachers in the primary schools under study.
