تأثير خصائص الخدمة على تبني العملاء للخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في تبني الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية في الجزائر من وجهة نظر العملاء، حيث افترضت أن خصائص الخدمة المتمثلة في السرية والأمان وسهولة الاستخدام، كمتغيرات مستقلة تؤثر في تبني الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية كمتغير تابع في نموذج الدراسة المقترح، وبناء على هذا النموذج تم تصميم الاستبانة، وتوزيعها على عينة مقصودة من عملاء بعض البنوك في الجزائر تتوفر فيها الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية، حيث بلغ عدد عملاء عينة الدراسة 150 عميلا، وقمنا باستعمال برنامج SPSS لتحليل فقرات الاستمارة والبالغ عددها 16 فقرة، كما استخدم الباحثان كلا من معامل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار الانحدار المتعدد من أجل اثبات صحة الفرضيات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ثبوت كافة العوامل المؤثرة في عملية التبني ما عدا سهولة الاستخدام. Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to explore factors affecting Algerian customers’ intentions of adopting e-banking services, the paper developed a model proposing that Algerian customer intentions towards e-banking services were affected by e-banking services characteristics –namely; privacy, safety, and ease of use,. In order to examine the proposed model hypotheses, a questionnaire was distributed to a convenience sample of 150 customers dealing with banks already providing e-banking services. Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied to examine the proposed model hypotheses. Findings suggested that, with the exception of ease of use, all proposed factors had a significant impact over Algerian customers’ intentions of adopting e-banking services.
