البنية العاملية لمقياس ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بمستوى أداء العاملين

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل ودراسة مصادر ضغوط العمل لدى منتسبي قطاع الصحة في الجزائر، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بضغوط العمل وأداء العاملين، كما قمنا بالتحقق من البنية العاملية لمقياس ضغوط العمل باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي على عينة الدراسة (81 طبيب وممرض تابعين لقطاع الصحة العمومي في الجزائر)، فوجدنا أن مقياس ضغوط العمل ذو بنية عاملية خماسية (خمسة محاور)، لنقوم فيما بعد بتحليل العلاقة بين أبعاد ضغوط العمل (خمس محاور) وعامل أداء العاملين باستخدام معامل الارتباط لبيرسون والذي بيّن أن أداء العاملين له علاقة طردية متوسطة مع محوري العلاقات الانسانية والدعم الإداري، تقييم متطلبات الوظيفة، وعلاقة واحدة طردية (ضعيفة) مع محور العبء الوظيفي والتقييم الاداري وعلاقة عكسية مع محور ظروف العمل، لتكون في الأخير العلاقة بين أداء العاملين وآثار ضغوط العمل ليست لها دلالة عند مستوى المعنوية 05%. This research aims to study the work pressure of health sector employees in Algeria due to the low level of services in it, so we relied in this study on the descriptive and analytical approach in presenting the concepts related to work pressure and employee performance, where we have verified the factorial structure of the work pressure using EFA on The study sample (81 doctors and nurses interviewed) we found a work pressure gauge with a five-factors’ structure (five axes), so that we would later analyse the relationship between the dimensions of work pressure (five axes), and the worker performance factor using Pearson’s correlation coefficient, which showed that the performance of employees has an average positive relationship with the two axes of human relations & administrative support, job requirements assessment, and a weak positive relationship with the job burden axis, administrative evaluation and an inverse relationship with the work conditions axis. at last the relationship between work performance and effects of work stress is not significant at 05%.
