تطوير الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة السلطان زين العابدين الماليزية في ضوء التجارب العالمية

Résumé: يعدّ الإرشاد الأكاديمي أحد أهمّ الخدمات التّربويّة والإداريّة المساندة للعملية التّربويّة بالجامعة، إذ من خلاله يتخطى الطّالب العقبات الّتي تعترض مسيرته التّعليميّة، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم مقترحات لتطوير الإرشاد الأكاديمي بجامعة السّلطان زين العابدين الماليزية في ضوء التّجارب العالمية؛ وأظهر البحث أنّ الإرشاد الأكاديمي في الجامعة بحاجة إلى التّطوير في ضوء التّجارب العالمية المتميّزة في مجال الإرشاد الأكاديمي، وبناءً على ما سبق تجب الاستفادة من نتائج هذا البحث لتطوير الإرشاد الأكاديمي في الجامعة Academic Advising is one of the most important educational services, and administrative support of the educational process of the university, because of which the student skips obstacles to educational career, and the aim of this research is to submit proposals for the development of Academic Advising at University of Sultan Zainal Abidin Malaysia in the light of international experiences; as research showed that the Academic Advising at the university we need to be developed taking advantage of international experiences in the field of outstanding academic guidance, building on what already should benefit from the results of this research to develop academic guidance at the university
