حقوق الطفل في الشريعة الإسلامية
Résumé: تناول هذا المقال مكانة حقوق الطفل في الإسلام؛ حيث بدأ بعرض جوانب من اهتمام الإسلام بالطفولة وعالمها، انطلاقا من حقوق الطفل قبل الولادة، ثم حقه في الحياة، ثم حقه في الاسم الحسن والنسب الثابت، ثم حقه في التغذية، ثم حقه في التغذية والصحة، ثم حقه في العطف والحنان، وكذا حقه في اللعب، وحقه في التربية والتوجيه والإرشاد، وحقه في العلم، وحقه في المساواة مع إخوته. كما تناول المقال حقوق الطفل اليتيم الذي فقد أبويه أو كليهما، مع إلقاء الضوء على اليتم وما يتعلق باليتامى ووضعهم في المجتمع، وانتقل بعد ذلك إلى موضوع حق الطفل اللقيط. this paper touched on children rights in Islam, that precedes the birth besides the right of life, descent and a good name, in addition to their rights in food, health, affection, education, equality with their brothers…etc. The article tackled as well orphans’ rights, and their status in the society.
