الدمج المهني لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة .

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على الدمج المهني لفئة الاحتياجات الخاصة و ابراز أهمية هذه الآلية لما تحققه من مزايا لهم و ترقيتهم كأفراد عاديين في المجتمع، و نظرا لحساسية هذه الفئة فإنه من الأجدر الاهتمام بهم و العمل على توفير و تحسين جميع الظروف الملائمة لتحقيق رضاهم و ارتياحهم أينما وجدوا خاصة في أماكن العمل و هذا من خلال توجيههم توجيها حسنا نحو المنصب الملائم لهم و الذي يتوافق مع قدراتهم و امكانياتهم و نوع الإعاقة لديهم و أيضا العمل على تدريبهم و تكوينهم لمساعدتهم على اكتساب مهارات و معارف تمكنهم من أداء مهامهم بصفة عادية ، وقمنا كذلك من خلال هذه الدراسة النظرية الى التطرق الى جهود الدولة الجزائریة بخصوص ادماج ذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة و في الأخير تقديم بعض الارشادات والتوصيات التي تساعد في السير الحسن لسياسة الدمج و التي تحقق لا محالة الشعور بالانتماء مما يخفف لا محالة من تحدي الإعاقة . This study aims to highlight the professional integration of people with special needs. And the importance of this mechanism for integrating them as ordinary individuals. Due to the condition of people with special needs, it is worthwhile to pay attention to them and work to provide their needs and improve all their conditions through appropriate directing which corresponds to their abilities, their type of disability. And help them to acquire qualities and skills of working well. And throughout this theoretical research, we analyzed the effort of the Algerian state concerning the integration of people with special needs. Lastly, we provided some guidelines, suggestions, and recommendations that aids in the proper functioning of the integration policy, which inevitably achieves a sense of belonging that alleviates the challenge of disability.
