السياسة العقابية في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص يتوقف نجاح كل سياسة عقابية بالدرجة الأولى على أساليب وطرق المعاملة العقابية المتبعة داخل المؤسسة العقابية كالتصنيف والرعاية الصحية والاجتماعية والعمل والتعليم والتكوين والتهذيب، وخارجها كالورشات الخارجية والحرية النصفية والإفراج المشروط وقدرتها على إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للمحبوسين وتحقيق كل من الردع العام والخاص والحد من معدلات الجريمة في المجتمع، بالإضافة إلى تبني آليات مستحدثة وبديلةوالمتمثلة في المراقبة الالكترونية كوسيلة مبتكرة لإصلاح وتأهيل المحبوسين وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع والتخفيف من ظاهرة التكدس والازدحام في السجون والعودة إلى الجريمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظم الإصلاح، الرعاية، المراقبة الالكترونية. summary The success of each punitive policy depends primarily on the methods and methods of punitive treatment used within the penal institution, such as classification, health and social care, work, education, training and discipline, and outside it, such as external workshops, mid-term freedom, conditional release, and its ability to social reintegration of prisoners and achieve both public and private deterrence and reduce crime rates in society.
