دور الاتصال الرقمي في تحسين صورة المؤسسة الخدماتية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت دراستنا الى معرفة وإظهار مدى أهمية الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسة الخدماتية نفطال ولاية المدية ،وحجم مساهمته في تطوير أدائها بالإضافة الى التغيرات التي تحدثه في المؤسسة ،وكانت إشكالية دراستنا كالتالي :الى أي مدى يساهم الاتصال الرقمي في تحسين صورة المؤسسة الخدماتية في الجزائر؟ (مؤسسة نفطال ولاية المدية )،والتي استخرجنا منها ثلاثة اسئلة فرعية :هل ساهمت الرقمنة في تحسين مستوى الإدارة في مؤسسة نفطال لولاية المدية؟،هل حسن الاتصال الرقمي في اداء الموظفين ؟،كيف عملت الرقمنة على تحسين خدمات الزبون في مؤسسة نفطال ؟.اعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي،اما بالنسبة الى الاداة فقد استخدمنا استمارة استبيان حيث طبقنا دراستنا على عينة من الموظفين لمؤسسة نفطال تم اخيارهم بطريقة مقصودة .توصلنا في الأخير ان الاتصال الرقمي يساهم بشكل كبير على تفعيل وتطوير المؤسسة الخدماتية وتسهيل خدماتها. Summary Our study aimed to know and show the importance of digital communicaton in the service organization ,Naftal,Medea province ,and the size of its contribution to the devlopment of its performance ,in addition to the changes it brings about in the organization .The problematic of our study was as follows :To what extent does digital communication contribute to improving the image of the service organization in algeria ? (Naftal ,Medea)from which we extracted three sub-questions :Did digitization contribute to improving the of management in the Naftal Corporation in the state of theMedea ?,Did digital communication improve employee performance?,How did digitization improve customer services ?.We relied on the analytical descriptive approach .Asfor the tool ,we used a questionnaire form ,wher we applied our study to a simple of employees of the Petroleum Corporation ,who were chosen in a deliberate manner.Finally ,we concluded that digital communication contributes significantly to activating and devloping the service organization and facilitating its services.
