التمكين اإلداري في جامعة الوادى دراسة تحليلية وفق المقاربة المعجمية Administrative Empowerment At The El-oued University An Analytical Study According To The Lexical Approach

Résumé: This study aims to know the extent of administrative empowerment practice at the University of the ElOued through its four dimensions namely: employee participation in decision-making, delegation of authority and powers to employees, encouragement of teamwork, granting freedom and independence. for the purpose of answering the problem we relied on the exploratory and experimental approach and as the study relied on the exploratory and experimental approach and as the study relied on Lexical approach (the lexical approach) using the interview as a tool for applied study by conducting an interview with 3 deans and director of the Institute at the El-OUED University. We reached a conclusion that the practice of administrative empowerment in the El-OUED University is weak in all its dimensions, with the exception of encouraging teamwork for employees تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى ممارسة التمكين الإداري في جامعة الوادى من خلال أبعاده الأربعة وهي: مشاركة الموظفين في اتخاذ القرارات تفويض للسلطة والصلاحيات للموظفين،تشجيع على العمل الجماعي ،منح الحرية والاستقلالية، ولغرض الإجابة على الإشكالية اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستكشافي والاختباري وكما اعتمدت الدراسة على المقاربة المعجمية (the lexical approach) باستخدام المقابلة كأداة للدراسة التطبيقية من خلال إجراء مقابلة مع 3 عمداء ومدير معهد بجامعة الوادي. وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها ضعف ممارسة التمكين الإداري في جامعة الوادي بجميع أبعاده باستثناء التشجيع على العمل الجماعي للموظفين
