Résumé: This study aims to know the impact of employee empowerment in enhancing and achieving organizational loyalty among CITRAM Algiers-Ouargla employees. The study was limited to a random sample of (80) from the total community population (90). 42 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. We used the descriptive approach to analyze the data contained in The questionnaires were retrieved by processing the data by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences V22 (SPSS) program to process the data using arithmetic averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and simple and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The study concluded several results, the most important of which are: There is an average level of empowerment of employees in the organization. The subject of the study, and there is an average level of organizational loyalty among the workers of Citram and Ouargla. Empowering employees has a role in enhancing and achieving organizational loyalty among workers in the institution under study. There are two dimensions of the independent variable that have a significant impact on the dependent variable, organizational loyalty, which are: delegation of authority and training. There are also statistically significant differences in the dimensions of administrative empowerment due to personal variables.
