الابتكار في المؤسسات الناشئة لدعم النشاط السياحي في الجزائر: بين الواقع والمأمول. Innovation In Startups To Support Tourism Activity In Algeria: Between Reality And Expectations.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية، لتبيان واقع المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر في جميع القطاعات وخاصة قطاع السياحة والأهمية التي توليها الدولة لدعمها ومرافقة أصحاب المشاريع الناشئة المبتكرة، ومدى مساهمتها في دعم النشاط السياحي. تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، الدور الذي تلعبه المؤسسات الناشئة في عصرنة ومواكبة التطورات في مختلف المجالات خاصة في مجال السياحة نظرا لخصوصيتها الابتكارية، بالإضافة لوعي الدولة بأهميتها وضرورة تنظيمها من خلال عدة إجراءات رغم كل المعوقات والتحديات التي تصادفها. This research document aims to show the reality of startups in Algeria in all sectors, in particular the tourism sector, the importance that the State attaches to the support and accompaniment of owners of innovative emerging projects, and the scope of its contribution to supporting tourism activity. Where a set of results has been achieved, the most important being the role that emerging institutions play in Modernization and monitoring developments indifferent fields due to its innovative specificity, in more awareness of the state of its importance and the need to organize it in several procedures, even if these are obstacles and challenges encountered.
