Résumé: This study aimed to identifying the impact of the use of information and communication technology on the organization creativity in the organization of « south foam’ » tougourt because it is interested in research and development. To achieve this goal, the theoretical and conceptual framework of the subject and conceptul framework of the subject was reviewed in order to stand up to its theoretical background theory and examine the previous studies.
