واقع حقوق الطفل الفلسطيني تحت الاحتلال الإسرائيلي

Résumé: الملخص: رغم الحماية الخاصة المقررة للأطفال بموجب القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، إلّا أنّ الطفل الفلسطيني في ظل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ما يزال يعاني فقدان هذه الحماية بقوة، بل إنّه نموذج فريد للانتهاكات والجرائم القائمة في حقه في ظل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، ذلك أنّ هذه الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية لحقوقه جسيمة ودائمة، ولا تلقى التدخل الدولي الفعّال لمنعها أو التقليل منها، وهو ما ترك لها آثارا خطيرة ومتنوعة على حياته في حاضرها ومستقبلها. The summary Although a special protection is prescribed for children under international humanitarian law and international human rights law, not only the Palestinian child is still suffering so much from the absence of this protection, but he is a unique model of the violations and crimes that are committed against him under the Israeli occupation. During this occupation, children have been exposed to killing, detention, torture, ill-treatment, and blockade. They have also been denied by health care, education, freedom of movement and others. This situation has left economic, health, psychological and social effects on the Palestinian child and his surroundings, especially in recent years due to the increase of these violations and the lack of global attention to prevent and reduce them.
