الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية التي تدخل ضمن اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية -فلسطين Israeli Violations That Fall Within The Jurisdiction Of The International Criminal Court- Palestine

Résumé: ملخص: في هذه الدراسة سنتطرق إلى موضوع الجرائم الإسرائيلية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني، والتي تهدف إلى التعرف على طبيعة نظام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، للإشارة إلى نوعية الجرائم التي في اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، لإظهار الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية تجاه القانون الدولي، ومدى انطباقها على الجرائم التي يرتكبها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضد الفلسطينيين، ومعالجة إمكانية استخدام فلسطين لحقها في رفع دعاوى أمام هذه المحكمة ضد الممارسات الإسرائيلية. Abstract :In this study, we will address the issue of Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, which aims to identify the nature of the International Criminal Court system, to refer to the type of crimes that fall within the jurisdiction of the (ICC), to show Israeli violations of international law, and their applicability to the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinians, and addressing the possibility of Palestine using its right to file lawsuits before this court against Israeli practices.
