Résumé: This study aimed to focus on the most important concepts of the ERP system and the human resource management functions of the institution and to know whether there is an impact of the application of the ERP system on the human resource management functions. The study was conducted at the National Well Works Corporation (ENTP) in HassiMessaoudOuarglacity, The study included all human resource management users and their number 41 workers. The ERP system was measured in three dimensions (system quality, quality of information, quality of service). The data was processed and the hypotheses were tested using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS version 19. The study found that there is no relationship between the ERP system through its three dimensions combined and the HRM functions of the institution under study, but there is a medium relationship between the quality of ERP system and human resources management functions. The study recommended the need to Need to be embodied the integration of the system by obligating all departments to update their information and give the senior management the importance at implementing the ERP system by conducting an evaluation process of the system.
