دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (erp) في تعزيز الحوكمة "دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار والمؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب"

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) في تعزيز الحوكمة، وذلك من خلال البحث في العلاقة بين متطلبات تطبيق نظام ERP والحوكمة في المؤسسة من الجانب النظري. تدعيما لذلك قمنا بإجراء دراسة حالة بكل من المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار ENTP والمؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب ENAFOR لوصف واقع تطبيق مشروع النظام بهما، بالاستعانة بأداة المقابلة والاستبيان في جمع البيانات. عينة الدراسة شملت 187 موظف من بين الموظفين الذين لهم صلاحية الولوج للنظام والموزعين عبر فروع وأقسام المؤسستين، تم استخدام عدة أساليب إحصائية في تحليل النتائج المحصل عليها عبر برنامج SPSS وEXCEL. توصلت الدراسة من خلال تشخيص واقع تطبيق ERP في المؤسستين إلى تمتع هذه الأنظمة بكفاءة من حيث الموارد والمكونات وتعزيز الحوكمة في المؤسسة، لكن من حيث الاستغلال فالمؤسستين لم تتمكنا من الوصول إلى الاستغلال الأمثل للنظام، مع طرح جملة من التوصيات أهمها سعي المؤسستين إلى تطبيق جميع وحدات النظام على وظائف المؤسسة، لضمان التكامل بين وحداته وتكثيف التكوين والتدريب للموظفين، إلى جانب العمل على تحقيق إدارة التغيير بإشراك جميع الموظفين. This study aims at highlighting the role of the entreprise ressources planning system in reinforcing the governance throughout, looking theoretically in the Relationship between the requirements of the ERP system application and the governance within the entreprise. A case study procedure has been done in all the National Enterprise for Work over in the Wells (ENTP) and the National Enterprise for the Exploration (ENAFOR) to support our study's objective. To describe the system's project application in the aforementioned entreprises we used the interview and the questionnaire tool in collecting the data. The study sample compromised 187 employees only whom who have the system's validity access and placed in different sections and departments of the two entreprises. Various statistical methods were used in analysing the results which were gained through the SPSS & EXCEL Program’s. By diagnosing applying the ERP reality in the two aforementioned entreprises, the study has reached that these systems are qualified in terms of resources, components and reinforces the governance in the entreprise, but in terms of exploitation, still the two entreprises could not reach the idol system's exploitation along with posing many recommendations such as the entreprises sought in applying all the system's units on the entreprise fonctions to guarantee the integration between the system's units and the intensification of the configuration and the employees training, in addition to working on fulfilling the exchange administration where all the employees are involved.
