Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلا التطرق لعملية التمويل والانفاق في الحملة الانتخابية، والذي أصبح له دورا جوهريا في الوقت الحاضر، نتيجة لظهور وسائل جديدة ومستحدثة للدعاية الانتخابية، ما يجعله مؤثرا أساسيا في الحياة السياسية. وانطلاقا من هذا الدور المؤثر الذي يلعبه التمويل في العملية الانتخابية، تدخل المشرع الجزائري بموجب الأمر 21-01 المتضمن القانون العضوي للانتخابات لضبطه، تكريسا لمبدأ تكافؤ الفرص وتحقيق لقواعد الشفافية والمساواة، مكرسا بهذا الإطار القانوني مجموعة من القواعد والإجراءات الضابطة لهذا التمويل والانفاق تتوافق مع المعايير المعتمدة في هذا الشأن على المستوى الدولي والنظم المقارنة. كلمات مفتاحية: الحملة الانتخابية.، التمويل الانتخابي.، مصادر التمويل.، الرقابة على التمويل. Abstract: This study aims only to address the funding and spending process in the election campaign, which has now played a fundamental role, as a result of the emergence of new and new means of electoral propaganda, making it a key influence in political life. Based on this influential role played by funding in the electoral process, the Algerian legislator intervened under Order 21.01, which contains the organic electoral law to control it, in order to enshrine the principle of equal opportunities and achieve the rules of transparency and equality, enshrining in this legal framework a set of rules and procedures governing such funding and spending that conform to the standards adopted in this regard at the international level and comparative systems.
