مساهمة تدريب الموارد البشرية في التخفيض من مؤشرات التكاليف الـخفية دراسة حالة شركة الاسمنت Sceak لعين الكبيرة – سطيف

Résumé: يسعى هذا البحث إلى ابراز مساهمة تدريب الموارد البشرية في التقليص من مؤشرات التكاليف الخفية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري والتطبيقي وتم استخدام ثلاث أدوات بحثية من استبانة وملاحظة غير مباشرة ومقابلة في شركة الاسمنت لعين كبيرة سطيف، وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتائج مفادها أن لحسن ادارة العملية التدريبية أثار ايجابية على المؤشرات السابقة من خلال أن العمال المدربين بشكل جيد ينخفض عندهم الغياب ودوران العمل وحوادث العمل وتتحسن انتاجيتهم. This research seeks to highlight the contribution of human resources training in reducing the hidden cost indicators, to achieve this, we followed the descriptive and analytical approach in the theoretical and applied part. Three tools were used in the research: the questionnaire, indirect observation, and an interview in the cement company of Ain-Lekbira Setif.The study found that the good management of the training process has a positive effect on the previous indicators by that the well-trained workers decrease absenteeism, turnover, and work accidents, productivity
