Résumé: الملخص: . التزام الشركة بايداع الحسابات الاجتماعية في السجل التجاري، يعكس للغير شفافية الوضع المالي للشركة وتمكن المساهمين من ممارسة حقوقهم والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات داخل الشركة، فهو بذلك يجسد مبادئ حوكمة الشركات. واستعمال تكنولوجيا المعلوماتية خلال جميع مراحل تنفيذ الشركة لالتزامها ( تقديم الحسابات الاجتماعية ثم المصادقة عليها للقيام بإيداعها أخيرا) يضمن تطبيق الشركة لمبادئ الحوكمة خاصة في ظل تواجد ظروف صحية قد تمنع تنقل الأشخاص واجتماعهم كحالة انتشار وباء كوفيد-19-، ويساعد في رقمنة القطاع التجاري. Abstract: The company's commitment to file the corporate accounts in the commercial register reflects the transparency of its financial situation and allows shareholders to exercise their rights and participate in decision-making within the company. This embodies the principles of corporate governance, and with the digitization of the stages of filing accounts (establishment of corporate accounts, approved for filing) it guarantees the application of corporate governance in emerging health conditions as a result of the Covid-19- which has caused restrictions on the movement of people while preventing them from assembling, and that will also help digitize the business sector.
