مساهمة الشركات العالمية في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية خلال جائحة كوفيد19

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لتوضيح ماهية المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات، خاصة في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19، بالنشبة للشركات العالمية . حيث تقع عليها مسؤولية التخفيف من حدتها،كذلك إلى استكشاف جهود المسؤولية الاجتماعية الاستباقية للشركات التي تقوم بها منظمات استجابةً لوباء فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) والنهج الذي اعتمدته تجاهه. تُظهر نتائج الدراسة التدابير الفورية الحماسية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات التي اتخذتها المنظمات من أجل المصالح الأوسع للمجتمع وخاصة اتجاه العمال ، الزبان، المساهمين والبيئة. وتبقى أزمة كوفيد 19، بمثابة اختبار لفعالية الشركات في ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لها. The study aimed to clarify the nature of corporate social responsibility, especially during the Covid-19 crisis, to explore the proactive social responsibility efforts of companies carried out by organizations in response to the Corona Virus (COVID-19) epidemic and the approach they have adopted towards it. The results of the study showed the immediate and enthusiastic CSR measures taken by organizations for the broader interests of society especially towards workers, customers, shareholders and the environment. The Covid-19 crisis remains a test of the effectiveness of companies in exercising their social responsibility
