Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الابعاد السياسية والقانونية، لمفهوم العدالة المناخية، من حيث تحليل المضامين السياسية والقانونية لمفهوم العدالة المناخية، وللخلفيات المرتبطة بهذا المفهوم كخطاب مطلبي، يرتكز على حقوق الانسان ومبادئ القانون الدولي كالمساواة والانصاف، في تحمل الأعباء وتكاليف مواجهة تهديدات الاحتباس الحراري بين دول الشمال والجنوب. Abstract: This study deals with the issue of the political and legal dimensions of the concept of climate justice, in terms of analyzing the political and legal implications of the concept of climate justice, and the backgrounds associated with this concept as a demand discourse, based on human rights and principles of international law such as equality and equity, in bearing the burdens and costs of confronting the threats of global warming among the Nordic countries. and south.
