جودة حياة العمل كمدخل لتعزيز العمل اللائق
Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور جودة حياة العمل في تعزيز العمل اللائق ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بتحديد الاطار المفهمي لجودة حياة العمل من خلال التطرق الى أهداف وأبعاد هذا الحقل السوسيو مهني الهام، الذي يحمل مرجعية قانونية تجسد العمل اللائق ضمن التشريعات الدولية ،والعربية والوطنية. ثم تطرقنا الى تحديد أهم النقاط والجوانب التي يتوافق فيها مفهوم جودة حياة العمل والعمل اللائق، وإبراز مدى مساهمة النصوص التشريعية لتطبيق ولضمان ممارسة العمل اللائق في الميدان. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of the quality of work life in promoting decent work, and to achieve this goal we have defined the conceptual framework for the quality of work life by addressing the objectives and dimensions of this important socio-professional field, which carries a legal reference that embodies decent work within international, Arab and national legislations. We also attempted to identify the most important points and aspects in which the concepts of quality of work life and decent work are compatible, and to lighthow legislative texts contribute in the implementation and pursuance of decent work in the field.
