تنمية الموارد البشرية: أي إسهام في تحسين نوعية الخدمة العمومية دراسة استطلاعية للصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء(كناس)

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هده الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز العلاقة ودرجة الأثر بين تنمية الموارد البشرية ومستوى نوعية الخدمة العمومية لما لهذه الأخيرة من خصوصيات وانعكاسات على عدة مجالات والتي تجعلها وتؤهلها لنيل درجة عالية من الاهتمام والبحث، حيث تبين لنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن تنمية الموارد البشرية وما يندرج ضمنها من أنشطة عديدة (التدريب، التعلم والتطوير، ..)، لها دور كبير في الرفع من مستويات أداء الموارد البشرية وبالتالي المساهمة في تحسين نوعية الخدمة المقدمة من طرف مختلف الإدارات و الهيئات العمومية، وهذا شريطة التركي The objective of this research is to highlight the impact and the relationship between the human resources development and level the quality of the public service. Through this study we have found that the human resources development and its components (training, learning and development ..) has a very important and fundamental role in improving the performance of human resources, as well as participation in the quality of service submitted by different public institutions, and this through the concentration on the mode and quality of the training program, and also on the assessments necessary to determine their effectiveness, and the establishment of procedures for improve the work environment.ز على نوعية البرامج التدريبية وإجراء التقييمات اللازمة لتحديد مدى فعاليتها، وكذا العمل على تحسين بيئة العمل
