الدور الوسيطي للرضا في تحديد وفاء الزبون للعلامة التجارية: اختبار تجريبي مع زبائن علامة "إفري"

Résumé: في هذا البحث، تمت دراسة تأثير المتغيرات المتعلقة بالجودة المدركة، السعر المدرك، صورة العلامة التجارية و الرضا، على وفاء الزبائن. بعد إطلالة قصيرة على أدبيات الدراسة، أجرينا دراسة تجريبية باستخدام طريقة مسح الاستبيان للتحقق من الفرضيات الموضوع في البحث. تم إجراء الدراسة على 200 طالب من جامعة تلمسان. لقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلة الهيكلية. وفقاً لنتائج البحث أن الجودة المدركة، السعر المدرك و صورة العلامة التجارية لهم تأثير مباشر على رضا الزبائن، و أن لهذا الأخير آثار مباشرة على وفائهم للعلامة التجارية. وقد أكد البحث أيضاً على الدور الوسطي الذي لعبه رضا الزبائن في تأثير تلك المتغيرات على وفاء الزبون للعلامة. In this research, the effect of the variables including perceived quality, perceived price, brand image and customer satisfaction, on customer loyalty was investigated. After a short literature review, we conduct an empirical study using the questionnaire survey method to verify the hypotheses. A survey was conducted on 200 students' of Tlemcen University. The data are, then, analyzed using structural equation modeling. According to the results of the research, it was determined that perceived quality, perceived price, brand image have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, Furthermore, customer satisfaction had direct effects on brand loyalty. The research, then, confirms the mediation effect of customer satisfaction on the effects of these variables on the path to brand loyalty.
