Résumé: الملخص : تسعى المؤسسات البترولية جاهدة إلى التسيير الأمثل لعملية الإمداد من خلال تخفيض مدة العملية وبالتالي تدنئة التكاليف. وقمنا بإجراء دراسة إحصائية للعملية الإمدادية ( فك، نقل، تركيب ) بالمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار ENTP لدراسة المتغيرات المرتبطة بالعملية ومن ثم حصر نشاطات و أوقات العملية. و باستخدام احد أساليب بحوث العمليات المتمثل في أسلوب بيرت لتحديد المسار الحرج، أعطت نتائج الدراسة انحراف في مدة العملية بين الوقت الفعلي و المسار الحرج و الوقت المعياري للعقد،وكذلك بالنسبة للموارد المتاحة. Abstract : The petroleum companies seek to optimize the logistical operation through the reduction of the duration of the operation and the reduction of the costs. Using a different types of Operational Research (the PERT method) to determine the critical path, a statistical study of the logistic operation (Disassembly, Transport, Assembly) was carried out in the National Company of wells works )ENTP (, To study the variables associated with the operation, then to limit the activities and the times of the operation, this study to result a deviation in the duration of the operation between the Real Time, the Critical Path and the Standard Time of Contract, and also for available resources.
