دور لجان الأحياء في تخطيط التنمية المحلية بالجزائر

Résumé: يتناول المقال دور لجان الأحياء في تخطيط التنمية المحلية الموجهة لتحسين أوضاع المجتمع المحلي، وهذا في ظل تزايد تركيز الفكر التنموي على المقاربة التشاركية ودورها في تكريس الحكامة المحلية من أجل تنمية متطلبات الحياة الكريمة لأفراد المجتمع المحلي، وبالنتيجة فإن الأعمال التطوعية التي تقوم بها لجنة الحي على مستوى البلديات في الجهود التنموية هي أساس العمل التشاركي والاستدامة التنموية. ولا يتم ذلك إلا بمبادرة المجالس البلدية المنتخبة دعوة الساكنة إلى ضرورة تنظيم العمل التشاركي التطوعي من خلال تشكيل مؤسسات محلية بهدف الحوار والتواصل وتحديد المشاكل والاحتياجات على أساس الأولوية والإمكانيات المتاحة للمجالس البلدية المنتخبة The article deals with the role of neighborhood committees in planning local development directed to improve the conditions of the local community, and this is in light of the increasing focus of development thought on the participatory approach and its role in dedicating local governance in order to develop the requirements of a decent life for members of the local community. The level of municipalities in development efforts is the basis of participatory work and development sustainability. This can only be done at the initiative of the elected municipal councils, calling on the population to organize voluntary participatory work through the formation of local institutions with the aim of dialogue, communication and identifying problems and needs based on the priority and capabilities available to the elected municipal councils.
