التحول الرقمي للمكتبات الجامعية في ظل التكنولوجيا الناشئة بين الواقع والمأمول : دراسة ميدانية بمكتبات جامعة باتنة 1

Résumé: الملخص: لا شك أن مع التغيرات الحاصلة في جميع الميادين والمرتبطة أساسا بالثورة الرقمية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال برز مفهوم التحول الرقمي والذي تكتمل دعائمه باعتماد جملة من التقنيات التي تجددت أركانها من تكنولوجيات حديثة الى تكنولوجيا ناشئة تمثلت في كل من " الذكاء الاصطناعي، والبلوك تشين والبيانات الضخمة وغيرها ..."، هاته التقنيات أو التكنولوجيات الناشئة التي أتت دراستنا هاته لتسلط الضوء عليها وتكاملها مع التحول الرقمي في مجال أكاديمي وبالأخص بالمكتبات الجامعية لمعرفة واقع الاعتماد على هاته الأليات والاستفادة منها أو التركيز على أهمية نمذجتها وتجسيدها على أرض الواقع للنهوض بهذا الصرح العلمي والذي يعود بالفائدة على المجتمع الأكاديمي Abstract Undoubtedly, digital transformation has emerged prominently with the ongoing changes in all fields, primarily associated with the digital revolution and information and communication technology. Its pillars are completed by adopting various technologies that have evolved from modern technologies to emerging ones, represented by "artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, and others." These emerging technologies, which our study aims to shed light on, integrate with digital transformation in the academic domain, particularly in university libraries. This integration aims to understand the reality of relying on these mechanisms and benefiting from them or focusing on the importance of modeling and implementing them in reality to advance this scientific edifice, which ultimately benefits the academic community
