تمكين اختصاصي المعلومات و دوره في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية: دراسة ميدانية بمكتبة جامعة الحاج لخضر -باتنة1-

Résumé: لقد أصبح الاهتمام ببيئة عمل اختصاصي المعلومات من الرهانات المكتبية و المعلوماتية الحديثة، خاصة في ظل المتغيرات المتعلقة بالنواحي العلمية و التكنولوجية و التنظيمية و السلوكية ، لذلك فإن الاهتمام بتمكين اختصاصي المعلومات يعد محور اهتمام معاهد وأقسام علوم المكتبات من جهة و المكتبات بمختلف أنواعها من جهة ثانية . وفي هذا الإطار جاءت دراستنا هذه و التي تهدف إلى التعرف على دور اختصاصي المعلومات ومدى مساهمته في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مكتبة جامعة الحاج لخضر –باتنة 1-، و قد توصلنا إلى أن تمكين اختصاصي المعلومات يعتبر شرطا أساسيا وأولى الخطوات نحو تحقيق الجودة الشاملة، ولا يمكن للمكتبات الجامعية أن تحقق الجودة الشاملة ما لم يكن اختصاصي المعلومات ممكنا إداريا ونفسيا و فنيا. Abstract The interest in the information specialist’s work environment has become among modern library and information challenges, above all in the era of changes related to scientific, technological, organizational and behavioral aspects. Thus, the interest in developing the acquisition of information specialist’s aptitudes has become a central matter, on the one hand, for library science institutes and departments, and, on the other hand, for the different types of libraries. Our study dealt with this context attempting to identify the information specialist’s role and contribution in realizing total quality in the Algerian university libraries through a field study led at Hadj Lakhdar University Library – Batna 1 -. The results showed that developing the information specialist’s aptitudes was a fundamental condition and a first step towards the achievement of total quality. The results also emphasized the fact that university libraries could not realize total quality in the absence of administrative, psychological and technical information specialist’s aptitudes.
