Contribution À L’étude Des Huiles Essentielles Issues Des Plantes Aromatiques : Production, Analyse Et Application
Résumé: This work aims to study the essential oils and the antibacterial activity of the essential oil and an aromatic plant of the Cyperaceae family. In order to enrich this research, we conducted a survey about the uses of the plant, as well as the study of some previous researches that were conducted on it. In order to identify the active substances contained in the plant, we carried out a series of phytochemical tests, and the results showed the presence of most secondary metabolites products such as terpenes, alkaloids,. Then we extracted the essential oils from plant by hydrodistillation using the Clevenger. They were analyzed by GC-MS. Finally, the extracted oils have been studied for the antibacterial effect.
