الحماية القانونية لأسماء النطاق في المعاملات التجارية الالكترونية Legal Protection Of Domain Names In Electronic Business Transactions

Résumé: إن إضفاء الطابع الرقمي على المعاملات التجارية وتقنينها، يستوجب التصدي لأهم المستجدات التي تفرضها مقتضيات ممارسة هذا النوع من التجارة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الحماية المقررة لأسماء النطاق في المعاملات التجارية الالكترونية، لما لها من دور أساسي باعتبارها حقل يعرض فيه المورد الالكتروني السلع التي يعرضها والخدمات التي يقدمها مما يستوجب توفير الحماية القانونية من أي اعتداء. The digitalization and legalization of commercial transactions requires addressing the most important developments imposed by the requirements of the practice of this type of trade. This study aims to shed light on the protection established for domain names in electronic commercial transactions, because of their essential role as a field in which the electronic resource displays the goods it offers and the services it provides, which requires the provision of legal protection from any attack.
