Résumé: The study aims to know the relationship between the media and moral and social responsibility, as talking about the relationship between journalistic work and the consequences or results of the media process is an indication of an important ethical aspect that appears on more than one level, the first of which is the moral responsibility of the journalist and its extension to the visible social responsibility as if we were moving from one level Self-subconscious to a visible social level, to what extent does the journalist’s moral responsibility contribute to its social responsibility towards the recipient? How can this ethical self-responsibility of the journalist contribute to highlighting and making his social media responsibility glossy, prominent and distinct تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الإعلامي والمسؤولية الأخلاقية والاجتماعية، إذ أن الحديث عن العلاقة بين العمل الصحفي و تبعات أو نتائج العملية الإعلامية إشارة إلى جانباً أخلاقياً مهماً يظهر على أكثر من مستوى، أوله مسؤولية الصحفي الأخلاقية وامتداداها إلى المسؤولية الاجتماعية الظاهرة للعيان وكأنّنا ننتقل من مستوى ذاتي باطن إلى مستوى اجتماعي ظاهر، فإلى أي مدى تساهم مسؤولية الصحفي الأخلاقية في مسؤوليته الاجتماعية اتجاه المتلقي؟ و كيف يمكن أن تساهم تلك المسؤولية الأخلاقية الذاتية للصحفي في إبراز و جعل مسؤوليته الإعلامية الاجتماعية لامعة و بارزة و متميزة. كلمات مفتاحية: العمل الإعلامي؛ المسؤولية الأخلاقية؛ المسؤولية الاجتماعية.
