Résumé: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معالجة موضوع توجيه الرأي العام من قبل منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، انطلاقا من تطور الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والاستفادة من تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي وتوظيفها في مجال التحكم في المحتوى عن طريق الخوارزميات الذكية والمتطورة، والتي تتحكم في الجماهير من خلال عدة طرق أبرزها البوتات الاجتماعية وشبكات الذباب الالكتروني، ودورها في صناعة التريند وممارسة التضليل الإعلامي وتوجيه اتجاهات الرأي لدى الأفراد المستخدمين This research paper seeks to address the issue of public opinion being directed by social media platforms, based on the evolution of the fourth industrial revolution and the use of artificial intelligence technology in content control through smart and advanced algorithms, which control the masses through several ways most notably social botnets and networks electronic flies and their role in creating the trend and practicing disinformation and directing opinion among individual users.
