القيادة التحويلية كآلية لتعزيز إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المنظمة: دراسة نظرية تحليلية

Résumé: القيادة التحويلية موضوع ذو أهمية بالغة، ذاع صيتها على مستوى الدراسات الأكاديمية المتخصصة بسبب الدور الريادي لها في المنظمات خاصة في ظل المنافسة العالمية، لأنها بمثابة أداة أساسية ومهمة في إنجاح العديد من المناهج والأساليب الإدارية المعاصرة مثل الجودة الشاملة، لذالك تتمحور الإشكالية حول: ما مدى تأثير القيادة التحويلية في تحقيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المنظمة الإدارية؟ أما أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها حتى تتحقق ادارة الجودة الشاملة لابد من قيادة تحويلية قادرة على مواجهة مختلف التحديات والتغيرات مثل القدرة على الإستخدام الأمثل للموارد، العولمة، المنافسة العالمية، عن طريق مجموعة من الأبعادمثل التمكين، التحفيز، التغيير، المشاركة في إتخاذ القرار وتشجيع فرق العمل مع خلق نوع من الإستثارة الفكرية والإبداع في المنظمة.Transformational leadership is a topic of great importance, which has gained fame at the level of specialized academic studies because of its pioneering role in organizations, especially in light of global competition, because it is an essential and important tool in the success of many contemporary management approaches and methods such as total quality, so the problem revolves around: To what extent The impact of transformational leadership on achieving total quality management in the administrative organization? As for the most important results, in order for total quality management to be achieved, a transformational leadership must be able to face various challenges and changes, such as the ability to optimally use resources, globalization, global competition, through a set of dimensions such as empowerment, motivation, change, participation in decision-making and encouraging teams.
