عمليات إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بإدارة الأزمات لدى عمال المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة وإدارة الأزمات لدى عمال المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة ومدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عمليات إدارة المعرفة تعزى لمتغيرات(السن، الجنس، الأقدمية)، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدم وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة وإدارة الأزمات لدى عمال المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عمليات إدارة المعرفة تعزى لمتغيرات(السن، الجنس، الأقدمية) This study aimed to determine the relationship between the processes of knowledge management and crisis management among the workers of the port corporation of Skikda and the extent to which there are statistically significant differences in the processes of knowledge management due to the variables (age, gender, seniority). The workers of the port corporation of Skikda, the study also found that there are no statistically significant differences in knowledge management operations due to the variables (age, gender, seniority).
